Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein recipe

Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with crunchy peppers and smooth, peanutty sauce. They'll love it for the flavor; only you'll know it's low-cal and low-fat.

This was good. I added a little corn starch to thicken the sauce a bit and used fresh veggies instead of frozen.

ok, but nothing great. Was very easy though. I didn't add all the soy, as I'm not crazy about soy, but maybe I should have

Really easy way to do a simple stir fry, I love the veggies and its really pretty versatile to use whatever you have on hand.

This was pretty good, although I would up the amount of pb, and may use crunchy pb next time around (and not use nuts). Reheats nicely (added 1 tblsp of crunchy pb when reheating and it was really yummy!)

Fast and easy recipe! Kids loved it and so did my husband who isn't a big pasta eater! Will definitely make again.

I made this and really liked it. Maybe next time I might add some bamboo shoots

I have wanted to try this recipe for some time and cannot find the Asian Toasted Sesame dressing anywhere. Can anyone give me a clue on where to find it?

Logged on to find a quick dinner with chicken, and this recipe had just arrived. Very quick and easy to make, and my family loved it. I used noodles instead of the spaghetti, added mushrooms, and left out the peanuts. It was delicious!

Really good. Used fresh veggies instead of frozen also added broccoli. My one year old even liked it.
