Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein recipe
Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with chicken, crunchy peppers and smooth peanut sauce. Even with all the flavors, it's low-cal and low-fat.

I was a bit skeptical about this recipe but it tastes AMAZING. I used a little less peanut butter, and light dressing as well as using green onions and skipping the peanuts (I have a little one!) but it tastes excellent and I will be making it again.

My daughter has nut allergy, so we replaced with peanut butter with Teriyaki sauce. It was delicious and easy!

My family loved this recipe - I will definately make it again. Had good flavor and the sauce wasn't runny at all when we made it.

I made this with beef and it was great. Threw in some broccoli too. My daughter loved this and so did hubby. They both ate the leftovers which is very rare. This is definitely going on our monthly menu.

My boyfried loved it, I thought it needed a little more flavor due to the fact it was to liquidy. Great combination of ingrediants minus the chicken broth, not sure why it was needed, I will probably skip it next time. The cilantro was a little to strong in the dish too. Overall good, will make again with a few minor changes.
