Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein recipe
Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with chicken, crunchy peppers and smooth peanut sauce. Even with all the flavors, it's low-cal and low-fat.

I have found in the past if you fry chicken in a liquid it turns rubbery so I stir fried the chicken and garlic with sesame oil for a while and added fresh veggies. Then I added the rest of ingredients. It gave a harder texture to veggies like authentic chinese cooking which I prefer. The kraft dressing is very yummy and versatile so I will use this again probably for other things as well.

This is very delicious. Next time I am going to include mushrooms, water chestnuts and sugar snap peas. I added some corn starch to thicken the sauce. Very flavorful!

My family loved this. I used an Asian Stir fry Medley instead of the peppers and onions. This is awesome. I will definately make this again.

This recipe was awesome and so easy to make. My husband called it restaurant quality. I used cashew instead of peanuts because we prefer them more. My husband does not like peppers and onions so I sauted them in a seperate pan and added them to my dish. Two thumbs up on this recipe!!!

Yum! So easy and tasty even my 4 year old loved it. I would suggest using fresh peppers and onions. The frozen onions were a bit too large and chewy for my taste. I will definately make this again!

The sesame dressing is what makes this dish. I added a few more types of vegetables like water chestnuts, snowpeas and mushrooms. Quik and easy to make.
