Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein recipe
Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with crunchy peppers and smooth, peanutty sauce. They'll love it for the flavor; only you'll know it's low-cal and low-fat.

Very good, quick with the prepared chicken and veggies.

We added Asian style vegetables instead of the onions and peppers and used angel hair noodles for a different variation. It was delicious! And easy to make :)

I made this recipe last night for my family of 6 & all agreed this was absolutely fantastic. It certainly was a meal put together in very little time, which really made it wonderful for a quick meal.

A little bland, but still good.

I substituted stir fry vegetables and added bamboo shoots and little corns. I also substituted Ramen noodles for the spaghetti. I left out the peanut butter and the peanuts. As my friend said, "what part of your recipe is the same as the original recipe", and we decided the chicken part. However, this recipe is just great and I will make it one of my stock recipes. I can make many different variations.

This tastes like actual chinese take-out! I used the asian medley veggies that you steam in the microwave....just don't cook them as long as the direction say to keep the veggies crisp.

Awesome! Great flavor and texture. Easy to make. I added about a teaspoon of szechuan spicy stir fry sauce that I had on hand just to see how it would taste... YUM. I forgot to use the chichen broth and it still came out just fine. We'll be having this again very soon! Note: the Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing tastes great! I'm going to try using it to make a cold pasta salad.
