Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein recipe
Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with crunchy peppers and smooth, peanutty sauce. They'll love it for the flavor; only you'll know it's low-cal and low-fat.

Very good, I used fresh veggies because I don't like the texture of frozen peppers.

I used acorn dried noodles and peanut sauce instead. It was wonderful. Would make it again and again.

I have never done a review, but this was so good! My husband loved it. I am making it tomorrow night for family. Would go great with some egg rolls. Yum.

this recipe was fairly quick and very easy. it was very tasty and i will definately be sharing it and making it again. the only problem was finding the dressing. we had to go to a second grocery store to find it, but it wouldnt be the same without it.

This recipe was soooo easy and yummy! Its a great starting point for you to make your own. I added a bunch more veggies (broccoli, snow peas, water chestnuts and chinese baby corn) I will try more spices next time to give it a bit of kick. (its a tad on the bland side)

This was an awesome dish! My kid's LOVED it! I was'nt able to find the frozen peppers and onions so I used fresh instead, I also added mushroom's,The best part was the cilantro and peanuts...I have already gave this recipe to all of my friends. Also,it was the easiest thing to make and took very little time!

I forgot to add that I used fettuccini noodles (wider than spaghetti) and did not use cilantro or peanuts. I tripled the recipe & used boneless skinless chicken tenderloins. This is absolutely the best ever recipe! I also had chicken egg rolls & fortune cookies to round it out. YUMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!
