I made this for my Cookie Exchange and love it! Baking time is really off - used metal pans and both reg and convection ovens and kept adding min. until it was golden brown all over. I used white choc. chips instead - semi-sweet was a little overpowering for the cranberries. Once it's chilled it's easier to cut and separate. Thanks!

Either the temperature or baking time is quite off. I read the other reviews, thankfully. I baked in a metal pan for about 35 minutes. Good concept, very tasty, would make again.

A great snack to take to the office. I used white whole wheat flour which worked well. I also baked them for 30-35 minutes. It's a simple recipe that allows substitutions and personal "tweeking," and produces a tasty treat.

The second time I made these, I added a bit of cinnamon and orange zest. They are very easy to make and delicious.

the flavor is delicious. i baked mine for about 35 minutes. they were perfectly golden brown on top. I left them in the pan to cool and they were still very gooey in the middle and fell apart when i cut them. not good for presentation but great taste!

These are great, but they do need about 10 extra minutes baking time than the recipe calls for.

I made these with dark chocolate-chocolate chips, the were wonderful. However I agree the cooking times are off, I used a glass pan and baked them for 27 mins and it should have been 30+.

I make my own breakfast bars and try to keep fiber high, and calories low. This recipe hit the spot. I used whole wheat flour, added ground flax seed and shaved a bit of the chocolate on top as soon as they came out of the oven, spreading it once melted. Yummy.

Sure to become a favorite at my house. Family loves it. Used a glass pan, cooking time is longer than called for. Chopped squares are worth the extra effort. I thought the batter a little soft for making cookies, but I didn't add nuts.
