If you didn't bite into a cranberry or piece of chocolate there wasn't any taste. I will definitely take the suggestion of adding vanilla and cinnamon next time. My husband and son really liked them.

We really loved the taste of these bars. I took the suggestion and replaced the white flour with wheat. Can't even tell the difference. I did however change a few things. I put the Cherry cranberry Craisins, and rather then the semi-sweet squares, I used the choc chips, much easier. I added macadamia nuts along with the walnuts. So delicious. I think next time I will use a little less brown sugar since it seemed a little to sweet. Will definitely make again!!

Great breakfast bar. I added a little bit of cinnamon and used mini chocolate chips.

This recipe is so good. It was easy to make and my family loves them. I will make them again. I used whole wheat flour instead of all purpose and I added a teaspoon of vanilla exact. Love, love, love.

This is one of the best things I've ever eaten! I made for Christmas last year and am getting the ingredients to make again this year. You can't wrong with this one!
