I forgot to add the Parmesan Cheese and didn't use the garlic. It still turned out real good for my super bowl party.

Really good, but needs more seasoning. We added chopped green onions to potato stuffing, but it need some other seasoning in addition.

with the potatoes I used, it was difficult to use the skins for the holders, but I think, next time, I'm going to cut the potatoes sideways and not cut the bottom off.

I actually made these for Thanksgiving. They were wonderful!!! And super easy. i added a tad bit more seasoning for more flavor (more garlic)

I can't remember how many times I fixed this recipe in just 1 month!!! It was a success in every party that we went. It is superb!!!

Wonderful!! Pretty easy recipe, although a bit time consuming. I loved it w/ cheddar cheese rather than velveta, but good both ways. My Hubby would eat these alone as a meal. Will be making again & again. Freeze pretty well too.

I made these potatoes on Christmas. It was my first time making them, and I was serving them to a family who was raised on twice baked potatoes. Everyone, including myself, loved them.

I made this for my in-laws and they all loved it! Instead of roasting the garlic I just added a 2 table spoons of minced garlic.
