This is ALWAYS a huge hit with my family! I've made it twice & it's a fabulous special occasion dish to bring/make. Only reccomendation: I double potato's to 8= 16 stuffed total... & I still only use one head of garlic... plenty of garlic flabor still (& I'm a BIG garlic fan! :)

I made this for a family function and it received rave reviews for everyone even the youngest of the children. It was so well liked that other family members have since made it for other occasions. Well worth the time it takes to make.

Wow! These potatoes are wonderful! I was a little "iffy" about using a whole head of garlic, but it was perfect! My husband can't wait until I make these again.

I made these for a dinner party we hosted and they were the best twice baked potatoes ever! The garlic wasn't over-powering, it was perfect. And I used the substitution of cheddar cheese instead of velveeta. I prepared them in the morning so all I had to do was throw them in the oven when company came. I plan to make them again soon!

Hands down the BEST twice baked potatoes I have ever had!!! I made these for dinner for family and friends and they could not believe how delicious they were. HIGHLY recommened this recipe.

Use sharp cheddar instead of Velveeta and grate the parmesean yourself.

What a wonderful recipe for the idaho potato. I didn't use velveeta, I used sharp cheddar, added salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder and omitted the parm cheese. Yumm-o!
