What You Need

cups broccoli florets, coarsely chopped

cup cherry tomatoes, halved

cup KRAFT Natural 2% Milk Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Crumbles

1/2

cup thinly sliced red onions

Tbsp. PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels

Tbsp. poppy seed

1/2

cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Tbsp. sugar

tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Make It

COMBINE first 6 ingredients in large bowl.

MIX remaining ingredients. Add to broccoli mixture; toss to coat.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours.

Substitute 1/4 cup toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds for the sunflower kernels.

I made this salad for an office lunch. It was a favorite. I have been asked for the recipe by several people. It was VERY easy.

This is really easy to make and it is delicious. It definately needs to be made ahead of time. Makes a very nice presentation.

I substituted the sugar for splenda and it still turned out great. I would highly recommend this recipe.

I just got my winter food and family magazine today. This salad looked so great I had to try it immediately. The raspberry vinagrette dressing mix was suprisingly good. This was much better than I expected and I will be making this alot. As a time saver I purchased pre-cut broccoli. Very little effort, great taste, healthy and pretty
