i haven't made this but it sounds good. i make something like this but i use steamed (not quite all the way) broc/caul. can of cream of mushroom soup, add 1 can milk cook on stove, add velveeta to taste (i buy the big brick and use 1/4 - 1/2) put all in casserole dish big enough to hold pour sauce over broc/caul and put in oven at 350 for 1/2 hour.

This was really good. The sauce was perfect. I didn't have the ritz crackers so I substitued Ranch flavored bread crumbs.

We made it last year for Thanksgiving. Even the kids loved it! We had doubled it and it still wasn't enough. I had misplaced my copy and came to this site to find it for my mother.

I think the over all idea of this recipe is good and it is worth trying again, but I would definitely reduce the amount of cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese. There was just too much sauce. Tasted very good but too much of a good thing and made it feel unhealthy.

I was surprised at how good this tasted. I personally added more ritz crackers to the top.

Made this for my family this weekend and they LOVED it!! So easy, I will definitely be making this again soon!! (I used browned Panko bread crumbs instead of the Ritz)

This was plain and boring-- turned out basically like vegetables coated with cheese, and it was kind of runny. If I tried this again, I would use less milk, more cheese, and some kind of seasoning.

Easy to make but nothing special- too much liquid at the bottom of the bowl, and there was quite a lot of rich ingredients. My kids would rather eat the raw veggies and dip.
