Good but the kids didn't really like the salsa next time I will leave it off their's but it will defenetly be making a second apperence in this house

I absolutely loved this recipe. It was a snap to prepare, and goes lovely with some Southwestern Corn Salad for an easy, healthy side dish. I garnished the warm chicken with a dallop of sour cream and chopped fresh cilantro. Tasty, healthy, easy, elegant. What more can a stressed housewife ask for?
This recipe was so easy that my husband actually made it since I was getting home late! We actually used unbreaded chicken breasts and served it over rice. Also, it's an easy recipe to do for less people. We only did two pieces of chicken and it was a very filling meal!
This is very easy to make and my family really enjoyed it. I will make this one again.
I made this in a last minute search for easy quick dinner. It fit the bill and was wonderful. I had everything I needed in the pantry and loved it. I served it with rice and broccoli. Yummy! Next time I plan to add a dollop of sour cream and some avocado slices when it is done baking for a real Mexican flair. I did not have the whole breaded chicken breasts but had breaded chicken breast tenders and it was great. Thanks Kraft Food and Family, I LOVE the magazine and the web site!
This recipe was fast and delicious. We did not bread the chicken and the chicken was so moist and delicious. Easy for busy families on the go
