What's better than cheese tortellini? Cheese tortellini with garlic red pepper sauce, shrimp, spinach and fresh basil, that's what. Eating right never tasted so good.

I am not a big fan of tortellini but this was pretty good. My family loved it! I couldn't find the dressing so I kinda had to make due with making my own roasted pepper/p.cheese/italian dressing. I would cook again.

I used a dry tortellini and cooked as directed, but came out too mushy. I'll reduce time by 5 minutes and try again. Otherwise, we enjoyed it.

It has great flavor and is very colorful in the bowl. It tastes light and my husband liked it. He is kind of fussy about new foods but this he liked. I used light Italian dressing and it was very good.

LOVED it! It was easy to make and delicious! I increased the amount of spinich to up the health benefits and used the Kraft Sun Dried Tomato dressing instead of the Red Pepper (couldn't find that one) and it was great! This is one I'll make again and again!

My boyfriend LOVED this. I couldn't find the dressing either so I used a Italian Parmesan dressing instead and added chopped roasted red bell peppers. I also added some sun dried tomatos and green onions. This was so easy and fast. I know it sounds dorky but I loved that I didn't need to use a ton of dishes and pots and made clean up a cinch! :-D
