Shrimp, Tortellini & Spinach recipe
What's better than cheese tortellini? Cheese tortellini with garlic red pepper sauce, shrimp, spinach and fresh basil, that's what. Eating right never tasted so good.

Great meal. Easy to make, used basil and garlic paste (find in produce aisle) and it turned out beautifully. Kids loved it (picky eaters). Definitely will be making again.

I made it for company, we all loved it. It was plenty for 4 people, I used twice the amount shrimp. I lost the recipe and I'm happy I found it again. I have so much left of the Roasted Red Pepper dressing and would like to know other recipes for the dressing.

I make this all the time. I have yet to figure out the best spice to add. I usually do basil. Also I use two cans of diced tomatoes for every pound of shrimp.

This recipe is so easy to make and so yummy! I follow Weight Watchers and this was just 5 points! Took it to work for lunches this week and everyone asked what I was eating because it smelled so good.

Delicious... I used cocktail shrimp instead and lots of 2% mozzarella cheese. I served it garlic bread and a green salad.

Surprise guest with this easy dish they will think you slaved over when it is actually quick and easy yet elegant and delicious. If you have someone with shellfish allergies just use chicken instead.

Very good. I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned and didn't have any fresh basil so I used dry. Would have definitely been better with fresh. I think that I would under cook the tortellini a tad next time so that when it simmers with the rest of the ingredients it will finish and be less mushy.
