What's better than cheese tortellini? Cheese tortellini with garlic red pepper sauce, shrimp, spinach and fresh basil, that's what. Eating right never tasted so good.

Surprise guest with this easy dish they will think you slaved over when it is actually quick and easy yet elegant and delicious. If you have someone with shellfish allergies just use chicken instead.

Very good. I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned and didn't have any fresh basil so I used dry. Would have definitely been better with fresh. I think that I would under cook the tortellini a tad next time so that when it simmers with the rest of the ingredients it will finish and be less mushy.

I couldn't find the specific dressing at the store, so i bought the italian dressing and pureed the red pepper and mixed it together. It came out very runny, but it was VERY good.

it was good but next time will use regular canned toamtoes. It was missing a bit of flavor. Also next time I will chop up my spinach :)

I just made this for dinner. It was very easy and and tasty. The sauce is very light and not overwhelming. I couldn't find the Roasted Red Pepper salad dressing so I used Kraft Tuscan Italian instead.

I have never made tortellini without traditional spaghetti sauce or cream sauce. I loved it:)
