Shrimp, Tortellini & Spinach

Shrimp, Tortellini & Spinach recipe
What's better than cheese tortellini? Cheese tortellini with garlic red pepper sauce, shrimp, spinach and fresh basil, that's what. Eating right never tasted so good.

Excellent, hits the spot and I love being able to eat a cheese pasta while watching my diet.

This dish was alright. I thought that the taste of tomatoes was too strong. I added some shredded Italian cheeses to tone the tomato taste down a bit. However, I probably will not make this dish again.

This was delicious. I made it for my husband's birthday, and it was as close to gourmet (but really easy) as I will ever get! As another reviewer said, the next time I will use 2 pkgs. of the cheese tortellini, too.

Very simple dish...I would recommend using whole wheat tortellini...the flavors of the other ingredients mellow out the chewiness of the tortellini. Excellent!

Both my boyfriend and I loved this dish! It was really good and left us wanting more of it!! Instead of using one kind of cheese tortellini I used 2. It was delicious!

The whole family enjoyed this recipe. However, if you have kids you might want to remove the tails before cooking.
