Shrimp, Tortellini & Spinach recipe
What's better than cheese tortellini? Cheese tortellini with garlic red pepper sauce, shrimp, spinach and fresh basil, that's what. Eating right never tasted so good.

I used italian dice tomatoes, half the bag of baby spinich, 18 oz of 2 color tortellini, and regular italian dressing & dry basil not fresh with Garlic bread on the side. This was very good!

This recipe rocks! This should be called Shrimp Cioppino! I added lemon pepper/salt, I added more of the dressing & minced garlic, I added sliced button mushrooms, used garlic/olive oil diced tomatoes, a lb of shrimp, spinach, fresh basil. It was perfect! The mixture was like hot brushetta on sliced italian rolls we had!

This was very good. Hubby and I both really liked it. I used Italian dressing since that's what I had. It was a great healthy recipe. Hubby said I should definately put it in the rotation for dinner.

I would definitely make this again, but I would drain the diced tomatoes and use 3/4 cup of the salad dressing to give it more flavor.

Very good & super easy to make!! (Next time I will use a full pound of jumbo shrimp instead of 3/4 pound of medium shrimp.)

The sauce was not flavorful and was too thin. My family didn't like the combination of tomato and shrimp. The tomato flavor overpowered the shrimp. Wouldn't make it again. It was a simple to prepare recipe--so I did like that.

I doubled the recipe because my fiance eats quite a bit. It was GREAT! I added a salad and breadsticks on the side. Even my 7 year old loved it. It was light enough that we didnt feel overly full. Thanks!

This dish was delicious! I used the spinach blend tortellini and doubled the recipe. I used a 20oz package instead of 9. I couldn't find the Roasted Red Pepper dressing by Kraft so, I used another brand instead. I doctored up the dressing a bit by adding crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and garlic salt. I served garlic breadsticks on the side. Absolutely delicious!
