i make a variation of this and it is a HUGE hit! I always make sure to use fresh chicken and SHRED it, not chop it. I substitue reduced-fat ranch for the blue cheese dressing and always use Frank's buffalo wing sauce. I decrease the ranch by 1/4 cup and increase the wing sauce by 1/4 cup. (so 1/4 cup ranch, 3/4 cup wing sauce). I added a cup of shredded cheddar cheese and a can of green chiles. EXCELLENT!

Easy to put together, will make again, but not a real big hit at my house. Might have to add a little something, but not sure what yet.

This is very good...I've had several variations, and the one I like best adds 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and bakes it in a casserole dish at 350 for about 15-20 minutes until bubbly

I use canned chicken in a pinch and ranch dressing. I also add some extra cheese ( cheddar, mozzarella, colby jack...whatever I have on hand). Delicious! I actually also enjoy it cold as a spread on crackers (if there is any left over).

Easy to make and easy to substitute lower fat ingredients (fat free blue cheese dressing) and no noticable change in flavor.
