I've made this several times and it's super easy. It makes alot too! Good for a quick fall dinner!

I'm obviously in the minority here because I think this soup is ok, nothing great. I can't see myself making this one again.

My family absolutely loves this soup and I have made it about 3 times in the past 4 months. I've never made it exactly as is, so maybe I should try it. When I make it I add sauteed onions with corn after straining the mixture. I also add a box of prepared Spanish Rice, I use Rice A Roni brand and prepare as directed on package and then add it to the soup, and serve topped with chips and sour cream. It's delicious!!

Wonderful! I made this with 2 cans of chicken instead of boiling pieces, and added a little cumin and it was just great. The canned chicken speeds up the cooking time too.

I am not sure I will make this again. It was good but had too much leftover and no one willing to eat them
