Great tasting. I served warm in a crock pot and it was the hit of party. However, a bit salty. I would make again with less cheese and more tomato or tomato juice.

THIS IS WONDERFUL...

Once made this recipe does NOT look like the picture. It is loaded with Spinach. I love spinach but, if I make again I will cut the spinach in half. The dip tasted good but was not visually appealing with all the spinach stringing off your chip. Or double the ingredients except spinach. I used mild Rotel for more of a kick.

I made this as a late night dip for my family tonight and they loved it. I would definately make it again but with my own twist on it this time. I would recommend this dip for a late night snack, or bringing to a party.

This was so easy and was devoured by our guests! I plan to make it again soon.

We absolutely loved this recipe. We made it last weekend for a football game and it was a big hit!

Awesome! This is our new favorite rotel! I used 24oz of Veleeta, 8oz cream cheese, 16 oz spinach, 1 can hot rotel, 1 pkg bacon and then used about 3/4 cup milk to thin it a little bit. Sooooo good!

Very good! I left the bacon out of it, due to personal preference. I doubled the recipe added shredded monterey jack, minced garlic, salt and pepper and WOW! With half of the recipe, remember...I doubled it...I added chopped cooked shrimp. That half went first! Will make again!

Wonderful!!!! My daughter inlaw brought this dip over last weekend, one of the very best we've ever had, I never thought any dip would replace the original spinch dip, but we will make this from now on!! Thanks,
