Very easy to make using "staples"! I would use more bacon next time, tho!

This was okay. Next time I will use more bacon. I did like the spinach, and it was easy to make.

Barely any flavor. All i tasted was the velveeta cheese. I'd expirement and put a little less velveeta, more cream cheese and probably almost double the bacon.

This dip is sooooo good. I get asked to bring this often for office potlucks and I rarely have leftovers to take home. I also usually have to double the recipe for large gatherings. Even the non-spinach eaters will eat this one!

I served this with tortilla chips and veggies and it was a big hit. I had a little left over, so in the morning I added it to my omelet and it was delicious!

The taste was overwhelmingly Velveeta. When no one liked it, I added tobasco sauce to try to liven it up, but it tasted like Velveeta with a zip. I guess it's the Velveeta that no one in my family liked. It leaves an unpleasant taste in the mouth.

I made this for a food day at work and left out the bacon because of a coworker's pork allergy. It was soooo good! Everyone loved it and it was the only thing that was eaten completely. I initially thought it was going to be too much spinach, but it was perfect. I just put all the ingredients in a slow cooker and stirred every now and then until the cheese were melted.

i made this dip for a football game party and it was a huge hit. instead of using the rotel with green chilies i used the rotel with habeneros. it gave it a spicy kick. i also substituted the cream cheese for neufchatel cheese which taste the same but a little healthier.
