This recipe was very easy. I doubled it for a family gathering. I would make this again but next time I will reduce the amount of spinach to about half.

I made this appetizer and we liked it so much we ate more of this dip than we ate of dinner. We were too full of the dip! Delicious.

Tried this for a party, and it was a huge hit! Will now become a party "staple". So easy, and it just disappeared...everyone loved it!

It's Great. I'm not a spinach person but I really did like this dip. Next time I'll try Velveeta Mexican Mild for a little more spice.
