This has got to be the easiest spinach dip I have ever made. The flavor was so wonderful and the dip itself is versatile enough for chips or crackers. It was a big hit and the most requested recipe I have ever made.

We loved this recipe! I did go ahead and add the whole package of 8 oz of cream cheese since we were making it for several and I wanted to stretch it - it was a hit! Plus I could make it ahead of time and just heat it up when ready for the gang to show. It was delicious!!

A coworker brought this to a birthday celebration at work. Nobody could tell that she used reduced fat cream cheese and velveeta. It was really good and a lot of people asked for the recipe. I will definitely make this sometime myself!

I made this for a Mexican-themed dinner with our Bible study. Another couple brought regular Rotel dip.....mine was gone at the end of the night and hers was barely eaten! It was so much better that regular Rotel dip!!
