I took this to family party and 5 different people came up to me and asked for the recipe. This is great and I'm not a big Velveeta fan but this one, it's a hit

I made this for a party, and honestly it wasn't a big hit. I guess we're not Velveeta fans. I didn't like the flavor or consistency.

I thought this recipe was pretty good. Not sure if I'll make it again or not, but one thing for sure, do not use maple flavored bacon for this dip. I didnt think about it when I was making it, but it really throws off the taste of the other ingredients. For people who have never used rotel before, even the mild kind was a little too spicy for a friend of mine who like bland things. Deffinitly drain the rotel or else the dip will be too runny. If I do make this again I might just leave out the bacon altogether.

Was very good...if not a big spinach eater...use 1/2. Went over very well at party I made it for.

Very easy to make using "staples"! I would use more bacon next time, tho!

This was okay. Next time I will use more bacon. I did like the spinach, and it was easy to make.

Barely any flavor. All i tasted was the velveeta cheese. I'd expirement and put a little less velveeta, more cream cheese and probably almost double the bacon.
