This is a great Dip and is very easy to make. I served it at a party and got rave reviews on it. I will be making it again and again.

Love this dip! Made it in a small crockpot to keep warm while serving. Used crackers, granny smith apples, celery, chips, green peppers, carrots as dippers! LOVE IT!

I made this recipe as an appetizer for my son's birthday party and it was a hit. I didn't put in quite as much spinach as it called for but followed the directions otherwise. I would definitely make this again.

We love this with a few changes. First I use half the spinach. Depending on the brand some are too strong and overpower all the other flavors. I leave out the bacon and save some calories. Plus, I use the 2% velveeta. No one knows the difference! If after I microwave it, I can't taste the spinach, I go ahead and add the rest of the pkg.

I made a double batch of this dip at Christmas. Had chips and snack crackers to dip with. There were about 22 relatives here, and when everyone had left, no dip remained, however, the recipe was shared with just about all the wives, and girlfriends, etc. It was delicious, and I will definitely make it again. I keep the ingredients on hand now.

Great tasting, but would question not straining at least a little off the Ro*tel. Adding right out of the can tended to make it a bit watery. Definitely will make it again.

Great! I substituted fresh spinach for the frozen and salsa for the diced tomatoes and chiles.
