Made this for a party that we had at my house, and everyone loved it!!! It was gone before my husband even got to taste it.

Made this for a baby shower and served w/ chips & bread. I used Mexican Velveeta and 7 oz of spinach. It was SUCH a hit!!! Will DEFINITELY make a again.

My husband liked this more than I did. Of course, it's probably because I don't like Velveeta (sorry Kraft). We froze the HUGE amount we had left, but we haven't reheated it yet to see how that works. If I make it again, I see a reduced recipe in my future.

This dip is so good! A nice twist on the usual queso recipe, and a big hit with guests! I served it with tortilla chips and raw veggies. Easy and delicious!

I think giving this a fair rating is being a little genourous. I made it for NYE get together for some not so picky eaters, I ended up throwing almost all of it away. In a group of 10 no-one liked it. Very blan.

I didn't really care for this dish although my 4 yr old daughter loved it. I would definitely substitute something but I don't know what yet. If I made it again for a spinach lover I would omit the bacon.
