This was a hit over the holidays! I was asked to make it several times. Will be making again for s/b party. I increased the velveeta & cream cheese to make it "go futher", everyone thought it was great!

I LOVED this dip! A refreshing change from your usual Ro-Tel dip with hamburger or sausage. I did double the Velveeta and cream cheese of the recipe, but stuck with the recommended size of spinach and Ro-Tel. We all loved it!!!

Dip ends up looking nothing like the picture in the Fall 2008 Kraft Food and Family "magazine". It does look a little more like the photo here online....but in a word - Awful......Wayyyyyyyyyy too much spinach which takes over the dip if used in the quantity listed - and I love spinach! Very disappointing.

Made this for a baby shower and served w/ chips & bread. I used Mexican Velveeta and 7 oz of spinach. It was SUCH a hit!!! Will DEFINITELY make a again.

My husband liked this more than I did. Of course, it's probably because I don't like Velveeta (sorry Kraft). We froze the HUGE amount we had left, but we haven't reheated it yet to see how that works. If I make it again, I see a reduced recipe in my future.

This dip is so good! A nice twist on the usual queso recipe, and a big hit with guests! I served it with tortilla chips and raw veggies. Easy and delicious!
