Used fresh spinach prepared in advance. Make a couple days before serving for great flavor.

Didn't go over well as a Christmas munchie. I think 8 strips of bacon is too much.

a winner!!! everyone loved it, so I made it for another party and got the same results!! and will make for NY's party...even if you don't like spinach you will like it!

Sorry to be in the minority, but I thought it very bland. I made with regular Velveeta as that is all that was in my grocery store, but I did use hot Rotel. I didn't care for it and it wasn't exactly devoured at our office party. Wouldn't make again

This is a tasty dip. The second time I made it I added two chopped green onions, which I think gave it a little more flavor. This is an easy dip to serve at any gathering.

I made it for xmas and i am already making my second batch. I accidentally doubled the cream cheese adn i am going to do it again! This is so good. Everyone loved it. We like it with tostitos chips, but just a spoon would work too because it is delicious!

Everyone loved this dip. Just an FYI, if you double the dip, maybe drain 1/2 the can of Rotel otherwise your dip may come out a little too thin
