Both my husband and I loved it. I followed someone's advice about adding the frozen veggies to the water before the pasta and it turned out great. The garlic powder really makes this whole dish pop.

This was very good but the only change I would make for next time is this: don't add the frozen veggies with the pasta, because they make the water too cool, and then the pasta was a little too mushy in the end. I would add the vegetables first, wait til it comes back to a boil and then add the pasta. We still loved it but we like our pasta a little more al dente.

I did modify the recipe a little bit. I used the Kraft Mac & Cheese that's made with 50% whole grain to get added fiber. While the pasta was cooking, I sauteed the cut up chicken breast and added a little more than half of a 16 oz. bag of frozen stir fry veggies into the chicken, then added the mixture to the prepared Mac & Cheese. It was a hit with my hubby, and since we are two in our household, I have another meal in the freezer for a busy work-week night. Perfect!

Instead of chicken, I used turkey and was very pleased with the results. Note: Use a larger pot to boil the water than you would normally use so the vegetables can cook without spilling water on the stove and so there will be room to mix everything together.

need to use 2% cheese not the powdered kraft mix. to much sodium,same with canned cheeses to much salt folks...

I'm having a hard time figuring out where the 'Healthy' comes in. Look at the sodium and carbohydrates. I haven't fixed this and I won't fix it, why is the email labeled 'Healthy Living Ideas'? I would love some easy healthy recipes from Kraft, but this one is not!
