I did modify the recipe a little bit. I used the Kraft Mac & Cheese that's made with 50% whole grain to get added fiber. While the pasta was cooking, I sauteed the cut up chicken breast and added a little more than half of a 16 oz. bag of frozen stir fry veggies into the chicken, then added the mixture to the prepared Mac & Cheese. It was a hit with my hubby, and since we are two in our household, I have another meal in the freezer for a busy work-week night. Perfect!
