I put one can of beans in the blender to make it thicker. I also substituted a can of diced tomatoes with chilies instead of the can of chilies. My husband and I decided it would be good with corn added also.

This was a great alternative to red chili made with beef

This was so easy to make and so hearty and delicious. I accidentally bought garbanzo beans. Can't wait to make it again with the white beans. This recipe is a "keeper".

Loved the recipe. I also added some ground italian sausage.

My boyfriend is usually not a fan of chili but we both really enjoyed this! It was a little soupier than I would have liked so I would add more chicken and beans to it next time around. Very tasty!

I doubled the recipe. My suggestion would be to cook the chicken a few minutes longer. Next time, I'll soak the bean and cook in the broth for cost savings. Very good, we really enjoyed and are sharing with friends.

My husband likes chili but not the heartburn he gets after eating it. This was a tasty substitute.

It was good. I omitted the chilies and added more cumin, cayenne pepper and garlic. I have made white chile in the past and used dark meat of chicken. I think that I liked that better.
