I doubled the recipe. My suggestion would be to cook the chicken a few minutes longer. Next time, I'll soak the bean and cook in the broth for cost savings. Very good, we really enjoyed and are sharing with friends.

My husband likes chili but not the heartburn he gets after eating it. This was a tasty substitute.

It was good. I omitted the chilies and added more cumin, cayenne pepper and garlic. I have made white chile in the past and used dark meat of chicken. I think that I liked that better.

This was excellent! I used ground turkey instead of chicken. I also added 3 minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper.

I never made white chili before. I used roasted chicken leftover from the night before. We don't care for cilantro so I used parsley instead. next time maybe some hot peppers to spice it up a bit.

So easy and YUMMY!! We added a can of HOT rotel tomatoes to spice it up, and 3 cans of beans and 32 oz chicken broth stretches it further. So delicious and super fast and easy!!

A very quick and delicious recipe, great for a cold winter night. I used precooked chicken which sped up the cooking process even more and we topped the chili off with cheese, fresh cilantro and sour cream. Great with sour dough bread or tortillas.

I've never made "white chili" before and found this recipe to be not only quick and easy....but also VERY YUMMY. My family loved it! The only things I changed were these: used leftover rotisserie chicken and I added in some jalapenos with the green chilies. I like things spicy!

Family liked it alot BUT I loved it! I added bacon to add a little kick. IT was fast and aromatic! Served with corn bread muffins. This would be a nice dish to take to por lucks or take to a friend. I LOOOOOVED IT!!!!

Enjoyed the recipe. However, a few changes were made. It was really not thick enough, therefore, I added half of the cheese mixture I was supposed to sprinkle on top and it turned out great!
