My husband and I both enjoyed this on a cold winter day. It was a little thinner than I would have liked, so I think I will use less broth next time.

Instead of dressing I use olive oil. I bake or grill my chicken first. I make this with leftovers. I use Great Northern beans. You can use broth, but I use one can of cream of chicken and that same can full of water. Either one makes for a good soup. No chiles for me. No cilantro. Add crushed red peppers, a shake of basil, a shake of parsley, some soul seasoning, some minced garlic (or garlic powder). Instead of the small onion, I use the seasoning blend you find in the grocery store (bell pepper, onion & celery). Awesome recipe!

OMG this was sooo good, just spicy enough and so super easy and quick. Definitely a keeper.

My son and I loved this recipe. Next time I will mash some of the beans.

Very good! Much better than my old chicken chili recipe (packet). Fairly easy and looks appealing too! I will double the recipe for some good leftovers next time.

I made this and could not get past the smell of the warm blue cheese dressing.
