I like to make sure that my family eats healthy meals, but I also want to make sure that they enjoy what they are eating . . . this was delicious!! The only change that I made was that I cut up the chicken breast instead of serving them whole. Very good!

I really enjoyed the receipe-the only thing I would say is go easier on the basil-it gave me heartburn.

Very easy and fast! I cut the chicken into chunks before I cooked it so it would cook more quickly. I love that it is made from ingredients I always tend to have on hand.

I used broccoli, cauliflower and carrot frozen vegetables and this was delicious. My chicken breasts were a little too thick, so I would recommend that you cut the breasts in half lengthwise if the chicken breasts are unusually thick. That way I think they'll have even more flavor. I hope you enjoy this dish as much as we did. Simple to make and so delicious!

We loved this recipe. I used a corn, pea, and carrot blend of vegetables. It tastes just like the Skillet dinners you buy in the frozen food section.

Everyone loved this one. The kids even munched all their veggies and had seconds. So easy and so good.
