Easy Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

This player is created by Blackwell Team for testing.

Rich Alfredo may seem complicated to make, but it's a snap when you know this shortcut. A creamy cheese sauce tops chicken, fettuccine and fresh broccoli in 20 minutes flat.

It was very easy with little clean up. However, it was a bit dull on flavor. Maybe more zesty italian next time.

Mine came out a bit too watery and I used the exact measurements from the recipe. It turned out okay, I think the Italian dressing is a bit too strong for my preference.

Made it tonight for Hubby and three picky eaters and everyone loved it. BUT--without doctoring it up, I wouldn't have been that good. I don't understand why so many Kraft recipes don't say season the chicken before cooking. I salted and peppered the chicken then added to Italian dressing and also added garlic powder with parsley. I used half and half instead of milk and added a bit more cream cheese. Taste it before you mix all together to make sure it taste the way you want it. Didn't matter that sauce wasn't thick as it seemed to work as a lighter sauce.

I generally don't like Italian dressing. but this recipe was fantastic. quick, easy no fuss had all the ingredients on hand which made this recipe a snap to make. I will make this one again. Thanks Kraft
