Rich Alfredo may seem complicated to make, but it's a snap when you know this shortcut. A creamy cheese sauce tops chicken, fettuccine and fresh broccoli in 20 minutes flat.

Made this for dinner and it was a huge hit! My husband (who doesn't like cream cheese or 'stinky' cheese at all) had to have seconds! After reading some earlier reviews, I used less milk and added a little garlic. I also used left-over chicken and frozen broccoli. This recipe is a keeper for our family.

This was delicious!!! Very easy to make and didn't take a long time either. I will DEFINITELY make this again!!

I reduced the amount of milk on the advice of other reviews, and that seemed to work. On the first serving, we really liked it, but when my husband went for a small 'encore' serving, he thought it tasted 'too cream cheesy.'

The recipe was good, I would use more cream cheese then what the recipe called for. But the next day my hubby and I had sour stomachs. I won't make this again.

This was an easy meal to make. Next time I will try adding some garlic because it was a bit bland. Also, I will use less milk because the sauce is runny.

I was very impressed with this recipe. Had my doubts about making it but I was very pleasantly surprised. This was very easy to make and taste almost like having it at a real restaurant. Will make it again.

I made this using the low-fat version. I also used whole wheat pasta and added green peas along with the broccoli. Husband loved it and never knew it was low fat. Great flavor! Added salad and crusty bread and it was a great, QUICK meal.

My biggest comment is I would use less milk, it's a little too runny if you follow the recipe exactly. Though my roommates said they thought the consistency was great and would not like it thicker. So I guess it's whatever your preference is. I would also recommend preparing all of the ingredients before starting.

I love this. It was so simple to make and my two year old daughter even like it. Very tasty too. I'll make it one of a frequent once a week dinner.

Very easy and delicious. My family loved it. I doubled the recipe and it was all gone.
