Rich Alfredo may seem complicated to make, but it's a snap when you know this shortcut. A creamy cheese sauce tops chicken, fettuccine and fresh broccoli in 20 minutes flat.

This recipe turned out ALOT better than it sounded. The Italian dressing added a delicious spice to the sauce and I am definitely going to make this recipe for the entire house. ;)
I LOVED THIS! I am super picky about alfredo and it wasnt bland. I did make some changes though: I used steam bag broccoli, i also added more garlic powder, dressing, and cream cheese. I like a thick sauce. I also used penne, i think the sauce sticks better and i was never a huge fan of fett. noodles, too much egg used. I will make this over and over.
Really good, omitted dressing and boiled the chicken.
I made this for something different then just bbq'd chicken I used light Alfredo Sauce and added in on accident alot of dried basil.. I also didnt have italian dressing so I didn't add that..I just boiled up the noodles with fresh garlic and then when the noodles where done I drained them and had some soft fresh garlic too. I added frozen brocoli that I also added to the noodle water just before the noodles were fully cooked. Cooked the chicken with garlic power/kosher salt/ground pepper/and dried basil, after chicken was cooked I added in the Light Alfredo sauce and noodles. I then waited about 10 mins and allowed the sauce to get soaked up into the noodles. the dish was awesome. best noodles I have made in ages. I had extras for 2 lunches after work.. I would so make it again
Made this to take to friends. Easy, quick and yummy. My children loved it!
I had no idea what to make for dinner last night and the pantry was almost empty...but came across this recipe and luckily had all of the ingredients on hand so I gave it a try. This was very good- my boyfriend who doesn't like the richness of some alfredo sauces loved the tang the italian dressing gave this. It was also very easy and the leftovers heated up well. Will definitely keep this one in the rotation! May also try it with shrimp or different vegetables for a new twist.
needs pepper or something a little bland. Easy to make used grilled chicken instead of adding it to the pan.
takes a little longer than says but very good!!
Sooooooo EASY and DELICIOUS!!!! Great and quick school night meal!
i made this and with the suggestions of others i added salt, pepper, and garlic powder. i didn't add enough salt b/c it tasted blah. but i served it with some garlic french bread from Albertsons and it was delicious. my family liked it as did my boyfriend (even though he reheated it in the microwave later that nite). I also reheated the leftovers 3 days later and it was still yummy! will make it again but will add more salt.
