I liked the flavors but I prefer more crunchiness...I feel by cooking it this way it was soggier than I would like. Next time I would fry the pepper and onions a little in the dressing and throw the pepperoni and mix. Then ladle them on top of the dough so the pepperoni could get crunchier.

I'm confused, you put the dough ON TOP of the cheese, which is already in the pan??????????? Is this a typo????

I made this for my family and it was a huge hit!! We do not like onions or peppers so instead I used spinach and carrots! They loved it!! There are so many different ways you could make it! My kids can't wait to make it again!!

to " shouldn't the pizza dough be on the bottom of the pan?" If you read carefully, you see that you INVERT the pan after baking...Like making a pineapple up-side-down cake. I think it sounds GREAT and I plan to make it for superbowl day. :) JH

This sounds backwards to me. Shouldn't the pixxa dough be on the bottom?

So quick and easy! The kids really enjoyed it. Next time I want to use chicken rather than pepperoni and swap the Italian dressing for a creamy Italian. The only complaint I heard was "Where's the olives?"
