Easy Italian Meatloaf

Easy Italian Meatloaf recipe
You’ll never hear “Not meatloaf again!” again. Stuffing mix adds way more flavor to the mix than plain-ol' same-ol' breadcrumbs.

I don't normally like meatloaf, but saw this recipe had great reviews. Loved it! Very moist, and tastes different than traditional meatloaf. I used half the cheese called for in the recipe, and used marble cheese as I did not have mozzarella. Served with mixed vegetables and salad.

Delicious & easy. Kids loved it. I added 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese to mixture. I also drizzled Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with parmesan dressing on top of meatloaf before baking.

Great recipe....I did not have mozzarella cheese, and used homemade spaghetti sauce from my freezer..it made 2 meatloafs...one to eat, and one for the freezer.

This was a very moist and tasty meatloaf, my whole family enjoyed it. I served it with the Italian New Potato Bake, also from Kraft.
