Easy Italian Meatloaf

Easy Italian Meatloaf recipe
You’ll never hear “Not meatloaf again!” again. Stuffing mix adds way more flavor to the mix than plain-ol' same-ol' breadcrumbs.

It is moist & flavorful. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I make it at least once a month and have shared it with my sisters & sister-in-laws. "It's BOMB".

I made this for dinner last night and it was delicious! Took another reviewer tip and added a ton of seasonings in with the meat (Italian seasoning, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper). My husband who hates meat loaf even said it was great and he'd eat it again!

I have never really liked meatloaf, but when I saw this recipe I had to try it and was glad I did. It is very good. My husband lied it, too. Will make it again.

Very easy and tasty! TIP: add your own italian seasoning - basil, oregano, crushed red papper and maybe some onion powder. I also like to mix in some parmasean cheese.

This was a great meatloaf. I made it for my grandchildren who never ate meatloaf before and wouldn't want to, so my daughter-in-law said to describe it as a big meatball to them. I called it a square meatball and they raved about it after they went home. Said it was delicious!!
