Easy Italian Meatloaf

This player is created by Blackwell Team for testing.

You’ll never hear “Not meatloaf again!” again. Stuffing mix adds way more flavor to the mix than plain-ol' same-ol' breadcrumbs.

This was a great meatloaf. I made it for my grandchildren who never ate meatloaf before and wouldn't want to, so my daughter-in-law said to describe it as a big meatball to them. I called it a square meatball and they raved about it after they went home. Said it was delicious!!

This recipe was great! A nice change from the traditonal meatloag recipes. I substituted mushrooms for diced tomatoes and it turned out great!

This is my family's favorite meatloaf. It tastes just like an italian meatball. I even serve it with noodles and extra sauce.

I've made this dish several times. It's one of my husband's favorite. I think he'd eat it every single day if he could get me to make it that often.

The recipe was easy to make and was very tasty. I used spicy red pepper flavored spaghetti sauce. The meat mixture was too watery so I had to add some Italian style bread crumbs to get the correct consistency for meatloaf. Next time I make the dish, I will add some chopped red bell pepper, some sliced mushrooms, fresh basil, fresh parsley, and chopped onion to the recipe.

Really good! Served with plain pasta with just a bit of olive oil and parm cheese and a salad on the side. This recipe made a LOT of meatloaf so I gave some of my leftovers to a neighbor. She and her family loved it, including the kids! Will be making this again for sure! Great recipe if you are cooking on a budget too!

My family loved this recipe. I left out the diced tomatoes and grated a small zucchini,1 carrot,1 potato and a half of an onion. This way my boys get some veggies and dont even know it.
