Absolutely fantastic! I was afraid to try meatloaf, after trying to eat some of my mom's scary renditions, but this meatloaf is truly breathtaking. I made it, for the first time, when we had company for dinner. It was a huge hit! One of the guests even asked to take the leftovers home!

OMG, once you have this meatloaf and cook it for people, they will always ask you to cook it again. This is soooooooo good, make it and you won't regret it. And it's so easy to make, and worth it!

Delicious!!! It wasn't as greasy as other meatloafs I've made. Add a few splashes of worchestershire on top before baking it the first time. Yummy!!

Very good, simple to make & a nice twist to the standard meatloaf. I modified this by using half ground beef and half ground turkey (just my preference b/c I don't care for much beef). I also added more cheese than the recipe called for b/c I like cheese! The center was not cooked even after baking for an hour, so I will need to adjust the time next go round. This is a HUGE loaf! Overall it is very good and everyone liked it!

My son, at 16, is a picky eater. He had seconds and thirds of the meatloaf! He wants me to do it again!
