Easy Italian Meatloaf

Easy Italian Meatloaf recipe
You’ll never hear “Not meatloaf again!” again. Stuffing mix adds way more flavor to the mix than plain-ol' same-ol' breadcrumbs.

I made this meatloaf for my mother who hates meatloaf. She enjoyed it so much, she went back for seconds! It is quick and easy. Everyone liked it.
I tried this recipe on our next door neighbors. I did, however alter it a bit. I sliced 2 partially frozen links of mild Italian sausage and browned the pieces on both sides. I simmered in water a few minutes, to cook through, then added it to the loaf mixture. The remaining sauce in the jar was offered warmed and our guests ladeled it over their sliced meat loaf. All of us raved about it! Will definately make it this way again for company.
I made this last night for dinner my husbad and I loved it. It was not dry at all.
I love this recipe. Mine was super moist to where the meat was crumbly so I baked it a little longer. Kids ate it so I would definetly make it again.
It was pretty good but a bit on the dry side. Bread crumbs instead of stuffing mix could be a little better option.
My 85 year old aunt stated she needed my recipe as her meatloaf always comes out dry.
This was so good! I made it for my elderly parents who no longer cook and got 3 small meatloaves out of the recipe. I put 2 in the freezer for future use...the one I gave them was very well received! I'll definitely make this one again.
This was well received even though I accidently left out the diced tomatoes.
This is a great meatloaf. My husband said it tasted like eating lasagna. It does make a large loaf. Lots of left overs. One evening I took the last of the left overs, cubed, added to the remainder of the spaghetti sauce from recipe and added some cooked whole wheat pasta. It was great!
I have already made this recipe twice in the last month:) It is very good. I love the stuffing, cheese, and sauce that is added into it. I think that is what makes it. I love it and so does my husband. Thanks.
