Bruschetta Chicken Skillet recipe
It’s bruschetta. It’s chicken. It’s skillet-simple. Sounds like it’s everything you could ask for. Oh wait—there's one more thing: You use just one pan.

I made this for my boyfriend and his two brothers. They all really liked it, even the brother who doesn't like tomatoes. Highly recommended recipe!

Easy to prepare and full of flavor-my family loved it! I used diced tomatoes with jalopena peppers which added a little kick! I would definitely make this for guests!

We loved this recipe! I made no changes to it, but I did save the extra chicken broth from the can to add to the leftovers the next day so the rice would stay moist.

A tasty dish that is quick and easy to make. The various colors of ingredients make this an "eye appealing" dish to serve dinner guests.

I love this recipe because its soo easy. I only use 1 can of the tomatoes, and leave out the red peppers, substituting some Spicy Mrs. Dash instead... and just use garlic powder and it tastes amazing!

My daughter came by for dinner the day I made this. We both thought it very good. I gave her some to take home and divided the rest to freeze. It freezes well but needs to be really hot when it is served again.
