It seemed a little bland. The cheese wasn't really necessary. Next time I would try marinating the chicken; I also pounded the chicken thinner with a mallet so it would cook faster. I would also suggest more spices for more flavor.

I made this tonight and my husband went back for seconds. I loved it too. We will be making it again. The peppers add a lot of flavor!

The fresh tomato and basil at the end made this dish taste like summer. I utilized half a can of spaghetti sauce and one can of tomatoes versus two cans of tomatoes. Also added S, P and crushed red peper.

the whole family loved this, even the kids. I did not have instant rice so I made traditional rice and just omited the water in the recipe and did not add the rice to the chicken until dinner was served.

I wasn't able to find Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing, so I used a competitors.
