Bruschetta Chicken Skillet

Bruschetta Chicken Skillet recipe
It’s bruschetta. It’s chicken. It’s skillet-simple. Sounds like it’s everything you could ask for. Oh wait—there's one more thing: You use just one pan.

I made this last night. It came out very tasty. The family loved it. I will definately make this dish again. I made a wilted spinach salad with it.

I'll add more chicken next time. The recipe makes lots of rice.

Very Tasty! It went over well in our household. While the chicken was cooking, I added some Amish Italian seasoning and I think it added a nice touch. It will most definitely be made again!

We loved this recipe! The rice mixture was flavorful and the cheese topping for the chicken was absolutely delicious. I'll make this one regularly! My husband wanted to eat leftovers the next day!

I made this dinner using an electric skillet. Be careful when "warming" the dressing & garlic. For some reason, the dressing burned to the non-stick skillet, so I had to scrap it off and start again. Other than that, it was VERY good! I used more of the dressing to put over the chicken while it was cooking. It was very tender afterwards! I suggest poking holes in the chicken to absorb the dressing.
