Bruschetta Chicken Skillet recipe
It’s bruschetta. It’s chicken. It’s skillet-simple. Sounds like it’s everything you could ask for. Oh wait—there's one more thing: You use just one pan.

We enjoyed this dish and my husband is not a fan of chicken. I will definitely make this again. I used the zesty Italian, 1 can tomatoes and 1 red pepper.

This was an absolute hit! I don't cook much, and it was fairly easy, even for a novice! I can't wait to make it again. Since my family prefers pasta, I did substitute whole wheat thin spaghetti for the rice.

This recipe is delicous. I only used one can of italian tomatoes instead of two and the second time I made it I used colby and monteray jack cheese. My husband rates this recipe a 10.

Calls for Wayy too much rice and tomatoes which causes the rice to take much longer to cook than the chicken requires so i found my chicken overcooked and the rice undercooked.

Besides using one red pepper, dry herbs and adding more cheese, I followed the recipe to a T. I thought it had WAY too much tomatoes and definatly needed s&p.

A FAMILY PLEASER!!! My kids are 1 and 5 years old. Both are picky eaters, and I was amazed that they LOVED this dish! Lots of flavor and easy to prepare too!
