This needs an additional ingredient to tone down the velveeta. It almost tastes like a dip you would eat with chips - and it is very salty. Would try using a can of cream of potato soup to add to it, in addition to some milk in the future.

This is our favorite. Taste is excellent and super simple to make. Not enough left over for the 2 of us, so we double the recipe and take to work for lunch the next day. Add a loaf of hard bread and you have comfort food for a cold winter night.

This soup is AWESOME! I can't believe how easy it was to get such a great tasting soup with just a few ingredients! I've told everyone I know to try it. It's absolutely DELICIOUS!

Very good and so easy to make. A great soup when you're short on time but want something warm in your tummy.

This recipe is yummy! Make sure to use reduced-sodium chicken broth or it will be too salty. I add chopped onions to the broth and smash them with the rest of the vegetables.

This is a great "go to" soup. I used the 2% cheese version. My kids and husband raved about the soup as if it had been slaved over for hours. I used an immersion blender for the soup - I had to disquise the carrots! I did use 1 tablespoon of corn starch to thicken the soup, but next time I will add more vegetables instead. Great soup!!!

I make this often. My husband doesn't care for cauliflower, so I use broccoli only and also add some onion powder. Delicious!
