Warmed me up on a cold winter night. Like others mentioned it wasn't as thick as I would have liked, I added a few tbs. of mashed potato mix to thicken it up. Served with a piece of toasted french bread drizzled with olive oil and oregano. So easy and delicious I will definitely make again soon.

I love this recipe! I added instant mashed potato flakes and some potato chunks that were left over from making hash browns.

Easy to make and taste great! I added 2 tablespoons fat free sour cream; 2 table spoon med chunky salsa for a kick! Will make again.

Perfect comfort food for the wintertime! We added chicken a couple times for a heartier soup and extra protein. This is a favorite!

This was so good and very fast! I substituted by using the chicken broth variety with roasted vegetables and herbs, and I used regular mixed veggies. I didn't need to mash any to thicken.

This was a time saver! We are a family of six and I usually spend a lot of in the kitchen. This soup tastes awesome and I didn't need to add any extra seasoning. WOW! Thanks Kraftfoods.com.

Another tip: if you need thickening, instant mashed potatoes add flavor and work wonderfully.

I made this when my parents were visiting and everyone loved it. I don't like many vegetables but I really loved this soup. We served it in bread bowls. Yum!
