Excellent! I'm actually making it again, right now.
I used the ingredients on a pork loin roast and baked in the oven. The meat came out fork-cut tender and VERY tasty.
The only thing I would change is to drain off the juice after the meat is cooked and pulled. It was a bit too juicy, but my 10-yr old daughter and my husband devoured these. We froze what we didn't use for dinner another night.
Best pulled pork ever!
The first recipe I tried from this issue of the magazine, and my family absolutely raved about it! I added orange zest and was pleasantly surprised by how well it complimented the pork.

I just made this meal tonight. My husband and two daughters, 13 & 4 loved it. I followed some of the comments of others and simmered/boiled the pork for about 2 1/2 hrs. I then pulled it apart and took the fat off. I then put the shredded meat in the slow cooker with juice from two oranges and a 1/2 bottle of hickory and honey kraft bbq sauce for about 2hrs. I also added a 1 1/2 cups of the natural juices/water that I simmered the pork in originally. It turned our really moist & tasty. My 13 yr old daugher ate two big sandwiches and asked me to make it more often. My husband and 4 yr old loved it too. I had never made bbq pork before and this was extremly easy! Way to go Kraft!
I used a beef roast instead, otherwise I cooked it exactly like it said, and it turned out great. I made some brunswick stew to go with it and it was perfect. I will probably make it again to have with a family gathering.
I used this recipe as a base for sandwiches, which worked out great. I simmered my pork roast for a few hours in water until done, which made a nice broth. I put the broth aside and pulled apart the pork, added BBQ Sauce, Orange Juice, Little Brown Sugar, cooked on Stovetop until heated, Put in crock pot and I added the rest of the broth that was left over and cooked several hours. The broth helped break down the BBQ sauce and was nice and moist.
