What You Need

flour tortillas (6 inch)

tsp. chili powder, divided

1/2

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed

1/2

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

3/4

cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided

1/2

cup shredded romaine lettuce

large tomato, chopped

1/4

cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

PLACE tortillas in single layer on baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp. chili powder. Bake 7 to 8 min. or until crisp.

MEANWHILE, brown meat in large skillet. Add beans, salsa and remaining chili powder; cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in half the cheese.

SPREAD meat mixture onto tortillas; top with remaining cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.

These were very good and a very quick meal. I do agree that the tortillas were chewy and not crispy, so I had to use a knife to cut the tortilla. I would suggest adding a bit of taco seasoning to the meat, it would have been bland otherwise.

not kid friendly. The tortillas were chewy instead of crispy so everything slid off of them when you tried to eat them.

I also put cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder in the meat.Instead of black beans I used refried beans, but I am sure black beans would taste great as well.Tortillas can be used burrito style and folded around whatever you put inside.

Excellent. I used ground turkey instead of the beef. It was a huge hit with two adults and three children.
