sorry this recipe was horrible. the flavors of the dressing and bbq sauce just do not go together at all. Has to throw out the whole thing.

The Italian dressing seemed to overpower the taste. I will make it again but use less Italian dressing or no Italian dressing.

I followed the directions exactly and it was terrible. The Italian dressing / BBQ sauce flavors didn't go well together. No one in my family would eat it. We ended up ordering pizza.

This is one of the best beef stews I have ever tasted and the flavor of the bbq sauce mellows out after being in the crock pot for so long. When adding the flour at the end I used an extra couple of tbsps of water so it wouldn't be so thick and it turned out great.

Gross!!! I luv stuff outta my crockpot, but this was terrible!!! If you make homemade beef stew, or roast, carrots & potatoes, then don't make this...you will be very upset. Way toooOOo sweet, it was mushy...yuk!

We love this recipe. made it a few times now. I use my favorite bbq sauce which is a sweeter one (because that was what I had) and it was so good. This is super easy and really good.

This was the best beef stew recipe I have ever made. The meat was so tender and the veggies were excellent. I did omit the bacon and the stew turned out great!

This is a great recipe - I added 1/4 cup red wine to it and it was a lovely cozy Sunday dinner....next time would add more veggies though like brussel sprouts :)
